HyperID Authenticator App Features

HyperID Authenticator Application
HyperID provides an MFA application that enhances user account security by adding an extra layer of protection, making it harder for unauthorized users to access sensitive information. The application offers a user-friendly interface and straightforward setup process, making it easy for users to implement and utilize the additional layer of security.
HyperID Authenticator is linked to the user's personal device and allows the user to use the device's biometric security systems, such as fingerprint recognition, face recognition, or iris recognition.

Accounts, TOTP and QR login examples
With HyperID's MFA application, users have a range of secure and reliable 2FA authentication methods, including time-based one-time passwords (TOTP) and biometric checks. These methods significantly mitigate the risk of unauthorized access and potential data breaches, eliminating the need for traditional but insecure 2FA methods, such as SMS and email codes.
Application also provides users with the ability to monitor active Single Sign-On (SSO) sessions from all devices and to terminate them at will.
An additional important feature that greatly enhances user experience and security is the ability to log in via QR code. HyperID's QR code login feature allows users to scan a code with the HyperID Authenticator when accessing any service, eliminating the need for manual credential entry and mitigating the risk of credential theft by keyloggers, malware, and other security threats. This streamlines the login process, making it faster and more secure.
HyperID provides Service Providers with the ability to enhance the security of their applications by offering Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for Custom Requests. By incorporating HyperID's MFA, Service Providers can:
- request users to pass 2FA when necessary
- request custom confirmation
- request to sign transaction or documents with the user's private key or certificate.
